Why does nothing happens when key is turned to start?

You have a faulty ignition switch relay. It's responsible for using a low voltage signal (key in start position) to send full battery power to your starting circuit.

How to remove sliding door panel mpv 2000

there are few plastic tabs behind the panel. you will need to pop them using a flat spatula or screwdriver then you need to remove the retainer ring by the handle using a sharp pointed metal object to push the retainer out. this process is a little tricky.

A scanner turned up no power to bank 1 sensor 1 on 2000 mazda mpv. all fuses are good

What was the actual code ? The sensor produces its own power unless you are talking about the heater inside the sensor.

A/C cuts out if fan on max. speed.2000 Mazda MPV fan very slow in 1,2,3 but powerful in 4. However a/c works in 1,2,3 but with fan on 4 it cuts out and won't restart. Obviously the fan resistor

sounds like a fault with the switch unit for the fan ,to know for sure i would need the offending vehicle in front of me take the switch out and have a play ,also of course threaten it with the lump hammer but all joking apart its difficult to diagnose without a play to determine exactly what the problem is

I have a Mazda MPV 2003, i bought from japan, 7 months ago, this van was running well until two days ago, it stsrts and cut off, starts again and while driving it is losing power then it will speed up

Before any diagnostics, I would run a tank of gas with a bottle of fuel dryer and injector cleaner to ensure that the engine racing isn't resulting from moisture and clogged injectors.

misfire on cylinder 4 probably the coil change plugs and move coil to another cylinder if the misfire changes to that cylinder change coil as well. I recommend changing all the coils at once though if over 60000 miles as the have a tendency to follow each other out. Lt- jason
