2005 Dodge Grand Caravan - Answered Questions & Fixed issues
Where is the stereo amp located in a 2005 Dodge Grand caravan
no intentions told. just hunt,
well cars come with 5 to 10 audio options new,
nobody can guess what yours has.
but I will answer for OEM stock car with first head END in the service manual with a separate amp, module , yes it exists for sure.
oops the AMP is digital network controls so not scanning the car after checking fuses, the boat will sail and not be aboard
my SM fails to do locations, (common failure)3000 parts on cars.
googling I SEE THIS, in seconds?
amp in the driver side kick panel <seems bogus
this shows
passenger (LHD car USA) rear side panel.
this post is USA only I never do RHD cars
05 Grand caravan taillight fuses just burned out
Hello .. unfortunately this can be a hard problem to find .. Somewhere between the headlight switch and your tail light bulbs is a short to ground from the power . Try unplugging one side at a time and sticking in a new fuse with each side tried . If one side stays lite ,, the opposite side has the problem . It wont tell you where the problem is , but its a good place to start . Also check to see if there are any relays in the system you could swap and try . If you cant find anything that way ,, you will have to follow the wires from front to back to visually see the bare wire shorted to ground . there are other ways to find it but they are complicated and you need the wiring diagram for your year and model vehicle . You could ask a dealer if its a common problem and they " may ' tell you where to look . It can be a hard thing to find . Take your time when you look at the wires because it only takes the slightest bare spot and you can miss it easily . I often search You Tube for this kind of thing and '' MOST " of the time someone has had the same problem . I know that's not a hole lot of help but its a start . Look closely at the bulbs and sockets too , ya never know .
Overheating in my 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan
sounds like a head gasket problem not much other than replacement can fix that. if it is not a bad leak and you want a short term temperay fix try iron tight but i suggest trading it in after adding iron tight because it will stop the leak for short term but cause major problem in the long run any local parts store should have iron tight. good luck
