Battery light on.. new battery installed..still on
The Alternator may not be charging properly.
If you have a handheld voltmeter, put it on the battery when the engine is running, it should show 13.8 volts if the alternator is working.
You can take your alternator to autozone and they will test it for free
The "engine - exhaust emission values have
Sounds to me that the O2 sensors are sensing a problem with the emissions, or other emision controls have detected a problem that may not necessarily cause a driveability issue.
If you have emissions inspections in your area of the country, then I would have it repaired before the next inspection.
Have the OBD-II scanner check out the computer codes and descriptions by Autozone or Advance Auto Parts for free, or buy your own scanner for under $100 from Sears or Walmart.
Good luck on the repair.

I get white smoke from exhaust and a smell off
You should get the car into a shop and have a compression test done. For some reason your engine is burning oil and a compression test that will show leakdown can help pinpoint the problem. Hope this helps.
Im experiencing a power problem.
It appears that your alternator is not charging so that the battery has been totally discharged. A boost start got you going again but with no charging as you drive it was only a matter of time for any slight charge to be used up. To get you going again temporarily have another vehicle give you a boost but leave their vehicle connected for at least 15 minutes with their engine running at a fast idle. This shiuld give you about 1 hours running providing you dont turn off the engine. Have the alternator output checked by an auto electrician.
2002 BMW 325CI (convertible)power window
My window on my vert was doing that. Short of opening up the door and trying to do it myself, I took it in to the BMW guys at Bimmerhaus. They readjusted the window for me and it was good to go. Pretty much cost 1 hour of labor and a couple of clamps. $100+ or thereabouts.
Bmw alarm keeps going off
Had the same problem. I cleaned the bonnet open/close sensor located at the back left of the engine compartment, and sprayed it with wd40. Worked a treat for me. Another solution is to push you lock button twice. This turns off the interior movement sensor.
Warning light showing after long
Hi. If you have an AAMCO repair shop nearby drive there. They offer a free scan of your car's computer which is where you need to begin. If you do not have an AAMCO nearby call the local auto parts stores as some of them now scan for free also. Based upon your symptoms, I suspect that your power steering fluid may be low, among other things. J.
Engine fan won't stop
My name is Tom and I am here to help.
My wife, who has enjoyed the riches of D.C. in the past, and I were just talking about your oppressive heat.
Now to your problem. By engine thermometer, I am going to guess you mean thermostat. Is your engine overheating. If so take out the thermostat. That is only there to keep you warm in the winter.(God knows you do not need that). Check and make sure your coolant to water ratio is at 70 % way to high for winter but it will give you more colling powers.
You probably have questions. If so you can email me or call me at 414-475-5968.
