Check under your steering.there is a black churlock box.open it .make shure that there is no burned tracks on the board if yes.take it to a electronic specialist to join the burned stripes .test all diodes and replace if necessary

When car gets hot it tries to die

HelloThe engine and transmission in this cars drive train are fully electronically controlled by a computer called the PCM (Power Train Control Module). Whenever a problem like this occurs the computer stores a record of the problem (there are of course some exceptions to this, like the fuel pump for instance) in the form of a fault code in its memory, to read these fault codes you must have the systems memory scanned with a special tool. Once the fault code(s) are read you then must perform the appropriate diagnostic testing to find and resolve the problem(s) DO NOT REPLACE ANY PARTS UNTIL THE DIAGNOSIS & TESTING IS COMPLETED.

Hi. there is a drain plug at the base of the box, and a filler plug on the front side of the box. you will need a 17 allen key. fill the box till it runs out the filler plug. This box is filled for life and does not need changing unless contaminated.

i had the same problem of starting the car and it dies, it turned to be the transponder not sending enough signal to the cluster. this may require a new transponder and re programing of such.

set the injector lash on all the injectors then use vag com / engine / outputtests/ measuring block 13 the injector readings must be approx 0.50 any thing over that and is over fuelling
