You could go to a wreckers or to a GM stealership however this problem with the harness burning is very common and a new harness will eventually burn up like yours now. There could be loose wire at the bulb socket ,A break in a wire, Or a bad ground, Or a short, Best way to have it solve is to take it into a auto eletric shop to be check out,

Sounds like the 4x4 unit has not been used for a while. This is a common problem. If cleaning and reinstalling the electrical connectors dose not solve the problem then, try this procedure before replacing the control module.
