There could be a fuse or relay issue since multiple systems became inoperative simultaneously. I'd suspect that when the alarm went off, someone targeted and disabled the horn system so that it wasn't honking inside the repair facility. Both the horn switch and cruise control switch are located in the steering wheel and therefore they share common components and circuitry. Try checking under-hood fuses #7 (7.5A), #13 (20A), #15 (40A) and #20 (40A), as well as under-dash fuses #7 (7.5A) and 21 (7.5A). If all these fuses are OK, much deeper diagnosis will need to be performed. One somewhat common failure item is the spiral cable (also called a clock spring) that transfers power to the steering wheel (while allowing it to turn). Question edited for clarity. There are 4 fuse boxes in the Odyssey. The Secondary Fuse box under the hood should have more than 2 fuses. you may have a bad actuator. The driver's side one controls all the other doors. These actuators were/are a problem on the 2007-9 CRV.s

VSA is Vehicle Stability Assist and is related to ABS braking. The power steering issue could just be a series of unfortunate events but it does sound suspicious. I'd try to figure out what caused the fluid to leak and where the leak is in relation to the VSA that was replaced before I took it back to the dealer. i.e. If the VSA is on the other side of the engine compartment, it's probably not the dealer's fault. If they are right next to each other, something might have happened.

Are you sure the relay isn't getting weak? Try swapping with another.

You probably have air in the fuel lines. I would suggest you keep trying, soon all the air should be evacuated. Or disconnect the fuel line at your injectors and run the fuel pump to get out all the air.

The engine cooling fan comes on when the engine temp. reaches around 180 degrees F , The air con fan comes on with the air con switch.

Did you check the proper fuses for voltage? Some fuses are hot all the time, some go hot with the key on. Even if fuses are good, if no voltage the circuit is still dead. I guess your talking about the blower motor? Can you hear it running? I don't know if you auto hvac or manual hvac? I don't know if your talking about front or rear blower motor? Get at the blower motor, if two wire connector, that should be voltage and ground. Turn on the hvac controls, check for voltage and ground at the blower motor connector. If good voltage and ground with no blower action, suspect the blower motor. It is possible to use jumper wires from the battery for voltage and ground to blower motor connector, just for testing to see if blower motor will run, use an inline fuse, just in case. If you want wiring diagram, I need more info.

First check for voltage at hot wire to light. check wire before the socket.Then check the ground wire for a good ground, if all is ok! then its a bad socket. God-Bless!

Often this is caused by steering wheel interlock. Try turning wheel a little back and forth while trying to turn key to see if key now turns. Some cars require stepping ******* brake pedal and if the switch at the pedal has failed or become dislodged this can happen.
