Where is the chassis number of chassis

The VIN number is behind the windscreen on the lower left corner. Some also have it inside the glove box. American and Mexican made Hummers do not have a chassis number as such.

My brake lights and rear blinkers are not working. I have replaced the bulbs in both brake lights. What next?

most blinkers uses relays, and when they flashes fast one light is out, but you replaced your burnt bulb might be a bad relay.

Changes make a noise (sounds like a hammer hitting) when engaging the d (drive) or or (rear) changes

Sounds like either a broken motor/transmission support (most likely) or a defective universal joint in the drive shaft. If you need further help, reach me via phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/tom_1788908372a4836f

How to reset oillife

As with most GM cars and trucks, you turn the key switch on but don't start the engine. Depress the gas pedal to the floor 3 times. The change oil light should flash. Turn the key off, then start the engine.Check your owners manual for details.

Tight steering

Ray, this appears to be with the power steering system. I would start with verifying the condition and power/pressure output of the power steering pump. You did not state the mileage or vehicle maintenance status, however even well maintained vehicles and components do fail at times.

The reduce engine power message

The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) is shutting down your throttle body control for some reason and limiting how much throttle you can apply. The only way to find out why it is doing this is to scan the PCM for Diagnostic Test Codes (DTCs) and diagnose any existing codes accordingly. It is very likely to be caused by a fault in your throttle position sensor or accelerator pedal position sensor circuits.

There is a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) for your vehicle which covers a known problem with reduced engine power and sets DTC P2138. The known problem is that the Accelerator Pedal Position (APP) sensor circuits are being infiltrated by water intrusion into a connector and causing erratic voltage readings at the PCM. It is TSB reference # 07-06-04-019D

Low oil pressure, confirmed oil level is good. so

when the engine is cold the oil pressure should read 60 psi
when the engine warms up at operating temp. it should read 12-16 psi while running at speeds 40+ it should read about 38-42 psi.
it it reads all that its not you sending unit
remember its a GM they use the poorest oil pumps on the market. usually I won't see a pump going out untill over 100K or so. its the same frame as the suberben, yukon, tahoe, denali.
4WD will make the job 3 times harder. If you do have the job done ask for a high volume pump
