The fuel filter is part of the fuel pump assy inside the gas tank. They do not need to be replaced

This is not correct spark plug replacement for the 3.5 liter Honda engine in the 2004 and newer Saturn Vues. The spark plugs are simply underneath the coil packs right on the the top of the valve covers. You do not need to take off the intake manifold to change the spark plugs on the 3.5 liter v6

Do you have a "Check Engine" light illuminated on your dash? The cause *may* be a defective ignition switch. The ignition switches on the Envoys were notorious for causing multiple strange electrical problems, including the one you're describing. To be sure, you would have to use a test light to test the IGN 0 fuse # 47 in the fuse block under your middle row left seat for battery voltage with the ignition in the 'run' position. If the fuse is not blown, and does not light up your test light, and the wire to that fuse is not open between the fuse block and the ignition switch, the most likely cause is the ignition switch.

Did you change fuel filter??

Don't smoke?. Look for fuel leak under car,on engine, look for any king of wet surface.remove spark plug if it wearing. then change spark plug then try it

If the bolt hole for draining is in the front of the housing it will be on the bottom and will have a copper washer under it. Normally the drain plugs are directly underneath and have a hex socket to undo the plug

Something bad definitely went wrong if it's going to cost that much. How old is the car? Sounds to me like you want to consider getting a new car. If you run out of oil again it's very easy to destroy the engine with just a small amount of driving.
