Your fuel pressure regulator is located near the fuel pressure rail. Follow the rail to locate the small device that has a vacuum line attracted to it.
Under the hood you will see a fuse type box. It has a winged type hold down nut. Un screw it and all your relays are there. Drivers side beside the strut mount

When you turn the key to start what happens ? Does the starter engage an spin the engine ? This would be a crank - no - start condition . Or when you turn the key nothing happens ! This is a no - crank - no start condition . If the engine does spin when turning the key to start and it doesn't start an run you need to see whats missing - spark , fuel or compression . Videos on youtube showing how to test . You need to hook up a fuel pressure gauge to check for fuel . Just pushing the valve on the fuel rail isn't good enough .

If the security lights stays on. Do a reset. ten minutes on, thirty seconds off, try to start. A relearn is three times this, try to start after the third time. Have a battery charger on it.
I don't know the year of the vehicle so I'll give you 2 possible ways to reset it.
2004-2005
Turn the ignition to run (one position before starting engine). Immediately after Step 1 press and release the gas pedal 3 times within 5 seconds. If the Change Engine Oil light is flashing, the system is reset. The light will flash for up to 30 seconds or until the ignition is turned off. If the light comes on again and stays on for 30 seconds at the next engine start, it did not reset. You will need to reset the system again. Turn the ignition off and then start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset.
Turn the key to run, but don't start the car. Open up the underhood fuse box (move the coolant line out of the clips for easier access). In the fuse box is a button labeled "OIL-R". Hold it down for five seconds. The "change oil soon" light should flash for about 30 seconds or so. That means it's reset.
