Where does the transmission oil
if you need to add tranny fluid just pour it in where the dipstick goes. but first make sure to check it while it is hot so you don't over-fill. you really don't won't that with that ford. depending on what your problem is you may not need fluid, just a tranny filter. hope this helps

Navigation system / Stereo won't turn off.
Might try pushing the power button on the radio instead of letting the battery die. Look at the functions of the body control module to see if it controls the radio power. If it does, then replace the module.

Dvd system in 2008 mercury mountainer not working
hello, does your radio still work? have you carried out any recent work, esp electrically oriented? as it could simply be a fuse,or a thermal cut out, have a look in your owners guide book, and see where the locations of the various fuses and thermal cut out's are,and replace them as necessary, there are also fuses on the back of the radio/dvd ,which you may need assistance removing the items from their position,to gain access. hope that helps, cheers.
