2005 navigator chugs when driving
If this vehicle has a double overhead cam, labeled DOHC on the engine covers, it can have a "Cam Phaser" problem. The chugging is caused by the cam timing being mismatched.A sound is often produced by the engine such that it mimics a Diesel engine and the sound disappears above 2000rpm.There is a lot of reading material about this defect on the Internet. Many other potential problems would usually be triggering a "check engine" light. Even a bad EGR valve would eventually show up.About all that is left would be a fuel pressure problem, sometimes caused by missed reading on a crankshaft sensor.Let me know of the cure once you try these.

Pedal assembly
When it comes to this kind of problem. The main cause is hydraulic failure. You need to first inspect all wheels inside to see if you have any moisture on the inside of the wheel to indicate if you have a bad wheel cylinder, caliper, or brake hose bad. However the most common problem would be the master cylinder is leaking down. Hope this helps.

Passenger window will not go up or down
Pull gently on door panels(held by plastic screw/clips). Most likely, your window has jumped its holding track. Once you gently remove your clips, you'll see the tracks and place window accordingly. Not sure about electrical though(the least you could do is take a look).
