Wrench light comes on and car loses power. no codes being read
When you say loses power, if you mean it acts like it is turning off, you probably have a bad crankshaft or camshaft position sensor. When these fail they don't always throw a code. They do fail intermittently sometimes, then start working again.

Hi i have a 2005 lincoln ls and it dose not have
That could be lots of things. What you are describing is a severe cylinder misfire. Misfires can be caused by anything from worn-out spark plugs, to serious engine damage like blown head gaskets or burned valves. They can be caused by the ignition system, the fuel system, engine mechanical problems, or even faulty charging sytem components like a shorted battery cell or bad diodes in the alternator. Randomly replacing parts is the EXPENSIVE way to diagnose the problem.
I would recomend doing a full computer network scan on your vehicle. A qualified service technician can use fault codes and/or other computer data to determine which system is malfunctioning, then diagnose that system to find the actual cause.

Headlite alignment
Yes the level bubble should be centered, but the surface the car sits on must be very level, a concrete pad works well. No way to know about the adj. screw until you turn it and see what happens.

How do I reset the distance to empty
The DTE is automatic and is the result of your previous miles per gallon multiplied by the gallons of gas registered in your tank.Unlike the Trip miles, this DTE number can not be reset. It will vary by the fuel mileage per gallon recorded at each startup. That is why if you filled the tank and showed 400DTE you may have had 20 Gallons multiplied by 20 MPG. But if your new average is 16 MPG then it would show 320 DTE.
Won`t start when cold
No such thing on your car.The temp sensor tells the computer what the engine coolant temp is.If it were faulty you would get a check engine light.I would have the fuel pressure checked before and after you crank the engine. The pump relay provides power to the pump when you turn the key on to recover some of the lost fuel pressure after the car sits. The one way valve in the pump is supposed to prevent the pressure from dropping. If the fuel pressure drops to zero it could take some time to crank the engine enough to get it back up.
