You should check your fuses, there's on for the windows and one for the radio.

Theres only 1 way to tell if it will work - try it :)

Here is the procedure to marry a new remote to your truck.

1. Close all doors and then open drivers door and press the UNLOCK
button on drivers door panel while door is open and insert key in ignition.
2. Turn ignition from OFF to RUN (not start) 8 times within 10 seconds, with the
8th time ending in RUN. Door locks will cycle to confirm programming
mode.
3. Within 20 seconds press any button on first keyless remote.
Door locks will cycle to confirm programming.
4. Within 20 seconds, press any button on second keyless remote.
Door locks will cycle again to confirm programming.
5. Turn ignition to OFF.
Locks will again cycle to indicate end of programming mode.


Both the Escape and LT program the same - the transponder should have the same resistance.

Hello, try checking the earth wire from the battery and make sure that your headlight is earthed to the chasis as well. Sometimes you can get whats known as a virtual earth where it seems like it is earthed out but it is only sometimes. It seems a little expensive for something that may only take an hour at most to remedy.

Lincolns have a longer Warranty than most cars. It is a Premium Warranty. You do not want the Headliner to get wet and stained so take it in soon and avoid Carwashes.

If you can not get it covered by Warranty you can try a Sunroof installer. You can save money on the Roof track by getting a Salvaged part. Just tell the place you want to save money and if Salvaged is quicker and cheaper, do it.

You may wind up with 99% of your own part; they may be able to switch out the bad part and avoid removing any seals. I hope you found this helpful. You are fortunate to find the broken piece, it will be very helpful to them.

it can be but for better clarification...go vissit your local dealer/parts deptment and tell them what you want and they can tell you for sure. Aftermarket DVD shops will say nop and try to sell u an aftermarket unit to replace your factory one.

disconnect batt,remove the 3 starter mounting bolts and ground cable(should be connected to one of the mounting bolts),disconnect the 2 wires on the starter.install new starter and then reconnect batt.

If there is fuel smell in the morning there is a possibility that there is a minute leak in the gaskets or the fuel line pipes or in the gas tank that makes the volatile fuel gas into the chamber.
It will be good to look from the tank to the fuel pump, the fuel filter and to the distribution for any gas leak which might need a tightening or a change of gasket.
Your smelling senses is the right tool to probe.
