Ac location relay
If the Freon is low then the a/c clutch will not cut on.There should be a fuse box under the hood and the relay will be in it.

How do you find a fuse box for a 2007 mercury milan
under dash to the left of the brake pedal, there is another fuse block in the engine compartment, but ur problem is most likely the blower speed control (located by the blower motor), possibly blower motor or the blend door acuator which blends the warm and cold air it is usualy deep in the dash in the air box. check prices on parts and shoot acordingly some parts are pricy( no need to spend $200 bucks when its a fuse) best of luck!

Need to find here the cooling sensor is so I can change it
The sensor is the same one that the computer uses to control fuel mixtures according to engine temp, so if the sensor was the problem you would have a Check Engine light on and the car would run like you know what. You will need the dealer to run the active test on the fan system and see what is causing the problem.
