crankshaft positioning sensor or camshaft sensor which ever you have, once they go bad it will shut off power to the fuel pump and starter [ ignition]

check cable connection to the transmission

1. turn ignition on

2. press gas peddle fully to the floor 3 times in 5 seconds

Possibly low on 134a, or the switch could be faulty.

You cannot as their are shrouds around the locks ,try winding a back window down if its a manual winder

Check battery.

I am Assuming that it is a "P" Code so the code is actually P0449.P0449 is evaporative emission control system - vent valve / solenoid circuit The vent solenoid might be bad. You need to see If you are getting power to it. The computer provides a ground for the solenoid. You can test it by applying a power and a ground to the solenoid to see if it operates and open's and Close's.
