2007 Dodge Ram 2500 Mega Cab Laramie - Answered Questions & Fixed issues

Well, that sucks, for sure. The only commonality I can see between the engine, abs, brake light and speedometer is possibly a bad vehicle speed sensor. But when you throw in the codes for lost comm and cluster error, that muddied the water a bit. I am sure that there are separate fuses for the trailer wiring harness (my 04 chevy has separate fuses, surely an 09 dodge does) so I doubt trailer wiring could have done all this. A lost comm could be caused by a blown fuse. I would inspect every single fuse I could find in the entire vehicle, also, I have researched your problem a bit and have found a couple possible fixes. One is that the abs sensor on the rear differential is known to be sketchy and needs to be changed. The other is cleaning any ground cables that are connected to the fuse box on the front left fender. I hope this helps!

fan controler is bad .

Probably a bad connection to the engine computer. It's got two power feeds, switched/key and constant. The motor won't run without the switched key power on. Long story short, the computer can detect if the power leads aren't solid. Check the battery terminals, all the fuses, all the relays, and the PCM connector itself (if it's easily accessable).

Several things can cause this. On the inside. The controller could be bad. The wires could be shorted. a blown fuse. Under the hood. Wires could be bad. high and low sensors could be bad. LOW on refrigerant. Engine control module(ECM) could be bad. All of these will cause NO power to the clutch.

Diesel or gas?

The owner's manual for the truck will have it. If you don't know where that is, look online. If you wait longenough, it will be cool enough to get by without it.

when was last service ? obviously something not right get the OBD code read as well

check the alternator make sure it is good,if good,then ground wire to light is shorting some where,probably pinched some where,have you done some work to car recently? that could be why

Check all the "spare" fuses in the fusebox. replace any that are empty with the proper grade fuse. If it pushes in like it's connecting, that may very well be your problem. If it just slides in and out, the slot is unused, and therefore, "spare".

It's a warning light

On a vehicle 11 years old, I would sayput gauges on it & then leak test it.Most likely has a leak & is low on refrigerant& when you move ,you put too many BTU's acrossthe evaporator from the cabin & it is not at 40 degressto remove the heat

Oreilly Automotive stores have a little device the picks up a signal from a remote. Maybe your local parts store will have one. This will verify that your key F.O.B. is working. After that....fuses or possibly a frequency switch in the key FOB got bumped when you changed batteries. Otherwise, catastrophic failure....sorry.

Can you tell if the clicking is the starter or a relay ?

It is normal for all the lights on the dash to blink when turning the key ON for the first time. However, the light should turn off after few seconds. If it does not, you should better get the codes read.

Dodge shaken syndrome 2007 mega cab 2500 ram most people call it the death wobble. One thing for sure is they have it half right however it is far from a wobble. In my opinion a wobble is something like a farmer pulling two hay wagons at ten miles per hour with a bad wheel bearing, but not so harmful at least you could see it coming. Now this shaken syndrome is way more serious. When you drive in stress waiting for it to happen again every crack, pot hole, and bridge overpass is a possibility. I can't run the speed limit I am afraid of our safety, although you can let someone behind you because when it happens you have to slam on your breaks so hard and almost come to a complete stop. The shaking is unbearable; you can really understand it, unless you experience it yourself. I never experienced anything like this in a vehicle in my entire life. The dealerships say it could be multiple things, but i have covered all of them options. In my opinion it is the scissor steering components that dodge calls the "y type". They must have thought that something was wrong because in 2008 they changed their steering to know what they call the "T type". I know what the right thing to would be to sell this truck and get a different one, but two things come to mind when i think of this. First, I wouldn't want anyone to get hurt anymore then myself, and secondly unfortunately I do not have the money to buy another truck. I waited my whole life to get a truck of this caliber and now i am so disappointed. Please for all the viewers if you have a truck that has the shaken syndrome, please help to get these parts recalled.

Your Neutral Safety Switch or PRNDL Switch needs to be adjusted

CHECK FOR BROKEN WIRES BETWEEN DOOR AND DOOR POST..THERE WILL BE A RUBBER BOOT IN BETWEEN DOOR..WIRES TEND TO GET BROKEN IN THESE FROM DOORS OPENING AND CLOSING..THIS WHERE I WOULD START LOOKING

your left head lamp needs replaced. thats all !!!!!!!!!
