2008 1500 suburban, pickedcar up after getting

If your sending unit is one wire, unhook it from the sender and place a jumper wire from wire to ground. Turn ign on, gauge should pep high PSI. Two wire plug, place jumper between contacts of wires (unplugged). Same thing. What this does is isolate the gauge. If gauge pegs on test, replace sender. If it does it again with new sender, it's the pump. But it's probably the sender.

Keyless entry alarm sounds off at a set time, How

If you have children that play with the remote itself, it's very possible that they have pressed a certain code and set the alarm to do that. My 18 month old loves to play with my keys... which was fine until my tahoe started cranking every 3 hours. When I took it to a mechanic, they determined he had pressed a key code to make it auto crank. They reset it and I haven't had a problem since. Hope this helps!

2008 Chevy Suburban battery going dead

It does sound as if something is drawing the battery down. First thing you need to do is to check the battery...have it fully charged and load tested. Once it's been established that the battery is good, disconnect one cable from the battery and put an ammeter between the cable and battery post. Any draw will show on the meter. At that point, begin removing fuses one by one till the draw stops. that is the system with the problem...then you need to check each component served by that fuse (wiring and relays as well) Your radio will draw a small amount to keep the clock running and some alternators will have a slight draw as well but those should not be excessive.
Ice on the inside of the windshield is often caused by a blocked a/c drain causing the inside of the heater box to have water inside...with the heat on, the water evaporates just enough to condense and freeze on the glass under certain temp conditions. If you have water in the cooling system, (not antifreeze) that can also happen if the core is leaking, but I doubt if that is the case as you'd have larger problems by now than just a bit of ice on the windshield. Under certain normal humidity conditions it can also happen in a normal system so if it only happens once in a while, don't worry about that.

Steering wheel & inside vibration issues

Yes...That's probably a 50 or 55 series tire which by the nature of it's short sidewall will give you a "stiff" ride as compared to a more typical 70 series. Verify that the vibration does not come only when you are braking or accelerating. If you vibrate only when cruising then 95%(unofficial stat) of the time it comes from the tire/wheel/balance assembly.

Mounting third row seat in 2008 Suburban 1FL, LS 1500 - Fleet veh

I drive a 2008 Suburban LT and my company has a true work "fleet" suburban. The only difference between these two that I have is the back of the fleet vehicle has a thick rubber mat in the back with no seats. After removing the black mat I found that the channels and rods that the rear seats clip into are present. The third row seats are installed by clipping them in no bolts or tools are required.
