Is there 12volts at the battery?if so and nothing is working at all,there may be a wiring issue.If the battery is below 12volts then a charging issue may be the problem.

TO extend beyond the interval could cause severe engine damage. This is an interference engine. That means should the belt break the engine valves and /or pistons will be damaged. Sounds like something went wrong just before the pulley came off. What missing spark or fuel? Do this, remove a spark plug wire insert a screwdriver into the boot and then hold the metal part of the screwdriver 1/2 in. away from a metal part of the engine block then have someone crank the engine while you watch for spark. To check fuel remove the plastic cap from the fuel rail test port then depress the schraeder valve and have someone turn the switch on, fuel should spray out. Try to check all the fuses in fuse block behind glove box if all complete power.

buy new ones, why risk a stuck belt when your car has burst into flames with you in it.
