Clear water coming out of the tailpipe is NORMAL! Of the many by-products of combustion, water is one of them. During the chemical reaction of combustion with a hydrocarbon, hydrogen is "freed" along with carbon and oxygen. There symbols are H, O, and C. The water molecule's structure is HOH or H2O. The main by- product is carbon monoxide or CO. Anyway if the water looks like clear water, that's normal.

Plug in the block heater at night. Run some gas line antifreeze through it.

Check battery for crank power and connection.

Some engines have a cold start injector, others use only coolant temp sensor. Either can cause your problem. Check for nice fat blue spark at plugs also.

the switch that you turn to ge the wiper to wipe -- controls the power to the wiper motor. You need check the wiring from the switch to the wiper motor -- for break or disconnects. you may have to replace the switch oor install a dash mount switch instead And bypass the stock switch.

Hope the secret service guy didn't hook the battery up backwards ! that could cause the module to go bad and short out !

Sensors on dash need to be replaced.
