Most definately your tire. Out of round and or balance or tire defects cannot usually be detected visually. I would take it to a reputable tire store for inspection. My A/C is blowing hot air. I hear a hissing noise. How can i fix it myself?
it sounds like your describing a leak. Unless you have several expensive air conditioning tools (leak detector, voltmeter, ohmmeter, guages etc or know someone who does ) and a fair bit of troubleshooting knowledge. Your best bet is to take it to a mechanic that your friends can recommend. Ask for an estimate before any work is done. If the price sounds too high, get another estimate. Ask how long the work is warrantied for.
