drl unit short or bad ground check all fuses and find the drl unit or find the part if not integrated in the fuse box

Could also be a blown head gasket.

Make sure the battery cables are tight on the battery and the starter..

This is called hunting. Can be caused by a bad mass air flow sensor. Could also be a sticking idle air control valve.
