I have a 2002 nissan xterra and heater hose broke off at firewall, the insert thats inside the hose going into the firewall broke off inside the firewall. Is it possible to repair without geting behind

Remove the firewall rubber grommet to the broken pipe in the firewall. Clean the remaining end of the broken pipe real good, apply a drop of oil on it, then push the heater hose back in and tighten the hose clamp back on. You will need a 12 point box end wrench and it will be slow due to limited access. It should work.

2002 Xterra -

No power at all is likely caused by a bad "fusable link." It could also be a bad negative or positive cable, but I'd get a repair manual (from library or auto parts store) to help you troubleshoot.

O2 sensor/check engine light

You are lucky they took it back. Did you use the proper wrench to install it and use the proper anti-seize lubrication? Check the wiring to it all the way that you can. IT would be best if you could check it all the way to the ECM. Do you remember what the code was?

Blower Motor/Fuse

On Nissan vehicles, the blower motor gets power from the fuse box, and the resistor and fan speed control provide the ground circuit. So you should be able to ground the motor and make it run if you have power going to it. Then you would need to check the resistor and fan switch. The high setting bypasses the resistor.
