Blower motor doesnt work
Is it getting power? Blown Fuse, Bad Switch, Bad Wiring/connections. Check the DC voltage, sometimes the fuse looks good but isn't. Even a cheap voltmeter from ie Northern Tool will do the job.What does a resister plug have to do with the blower motor?
Fuel gauge only comes up
Sounds as though you have a ground strap that has broken or is not making good contact.
depending on the year make and model of the vehicle in question , I would make some suggestions to correct the problem. Including , to run a ground to the sending unit or fuel tank...
NO BRAKE LIGHTS - FUSE
Really need more info but if it blows fuses you have a hot wire touching metal somewhere......
or something plugged in where it shouldnt be.....Or wrong size fuse..You have a brake light switch attached to the brake pedal which is common to fail.....also brake light bulbs and fuse ...check where bulbs are installed at recepticles....check for naked wires touching metal.....also use a good rated fuse...
should be a 15 some are 10 some 20...i would try a 15 if you dont know..................Sometimes your foot can accidently kick wires loose under dash at brake light switch........some cars also have
a cruise control switch above brake light switch.....DONT confuse one with other....NEED MORE INFO ABOUT VEHICLE TYPE TO GIVE CORRECT ANSWER................METALPOET

Obviously there is an electrical connection issue that is not easily solved with hands on the vehicle. You mention why the fault codes. What fault codes are stored in the PCM?
