In less than 6 mothns,

If you mean that the brakes are hard to push but the pedal still only travels its normal distance then:
This is either a brake assist valve. A brake booster problem, or the vacuum line that feeds the brake booster.

If you mean it goes way to the floor before it stops you then you have a bad master cylinder or some air in a line.

I'll assume you don't have any warning lights on.

My navigation system in NYC

The tall buildings in NYC make GPS very difficult. You must have direct line-of-sight to two or more satelites to make GPS work. Sometimes "reflections" from the buildings make it appear that you have signal but the reflections off of buildings will screw up your tracking by a few feet or a few blocks.

Good luck and sorry more help is not possible.

Ml350 camshaft sensor problem

I think you need to post a little more information for someone to be of help. Cam Position Sensor and Crank Position Sensor problems are not uncommon on these cars (although you see more Crank Position Sensors go than Cam). Replacing them is not too difficult, if you have some mechanical skill. Just make sure your problem really is with the sensor before you start replacing parts. The sensors cost between $60 and $175 (depending on which and where you purchase it). If you have a specific code that you pulled from an ODB II reader, then start with that. If your check engine light is on, but you don't have an ODB II reader, then try your local parts store. Most will read codes for free.
