Check oil level if ok there maybe a short in the wiring loom or a fault in the oil

release the lock ring underneath by screw it on further then the knob will undo as normal.

the wiper motor could be the problem. could also be the mechanism needs a lube or replacing. also, lift the wiper arms off the glass so they stand up then switch on wipers. if goes right , the motor is being overloaded. if still slow, the motor needs replacing.

if its a cvt transmission... it has no dip stick cause it has no transmission fluid... transmission is run on 3 belts internaly

Check for a shifted belt in that tire. You'll probably have to lift it and turn it to check for any wobbling. It could also be out of balance.
