the radiator temperature is broken or cable to it is disconnected ? if true they are set to run constant the fans to protect the engine from overheating. also check the relay is still seated correctly.

Does it change with vehicle speed or engine rpm?

vehicle speed: check wheel bearings lift vehicle and support it with jack stands grab the wheel at the 12 and 6 o'clock positions( to rule out steering linkage play) and wiggle in and out. A bad bearing that loud will have some play.

Power goes thru the rear blower relay, then the resistor and motor. The fan control switch provides the ground connection. I would check the rear blower relay if power is questioned at the blower motor.

Yes it should be under the hood fuses the diagram should point it out as radio or rdo/power should be a yellow 20 amp fuse

I had the same problem.

Open the front hood and go to the fuse box under (right next to the battery).

Replace the 20A fuse labeled RDO/Power

I am sorry that the owners manual does not even mention this.

Check coolant condition. Could have to much anti freeze. May need new thermostat.

Do you hear the fuel pump turn on for a couple seconds when the key is turned to ON?

This sensor is located behind the front bumper cover, if yhou open the hood and remove the screws holding the top of the bumper cover down you should be able to reach down and get to the bolt. It mounts to the drivers side of the lower radiator support. If you have the right tools you may be able to get to it from the lower part of the bumper cover through the lower grill section.

There is a contact point at the rear of the sliding console that is poorly designed and over time, and 'abuse' of moving the center console or it being jostled by children getting in and out, will eventually fail. This is not an eletrical failure, but a mechanical one.
