code p 2006 refers to intake manifold air control actuator , bank 1 --actuator stuck closed or for 2007 , the intake air manifold control actuator bank 1--solenoid stuck closed === causes ---wiring --- intake manifold air control actuator / solenoid ---mechanical fault so for both it is either the actuator or the solenoid that is showing the codes

I had the same problem, I researched the heck outta it and this is what I came across. The crank case control valve is bad, the newer models of our car has a lawsuit that was settled, but Audi won't recognize the older models having the same issue. So I complained to the dealer, what they fixed was the vacuum pump which was covered under my warranty. It's too early to tell if it fixed the issue it's only been 1 week. I hope this helps.

hi there the easiest way is to remove the lower black cover 2xscrews then with aplastic spreader locate the 2 tabs that hold black cover to mirror cover and press them in and pull black cover down then with a small pry tool carefully prise mirror glass out and disconect wires this will reveal the small single screw that holds the cover to the mirror unit remove this and the rest should be self explaned hope this helps..

I'm guessing, but does the glove box have an auto -lock feature?? Possibley there is another position to the lock that keeps it unlocked??
