Try looking in the owners manual.

The DVD system on these cars is powered by the same fuse that powers the 12V outlets (cigarette lighters). Its pretty common for a phone charger to blow this fuse. The owners manual should tell you where the fuse is located

jiggle the key while trying to move the steering wheel, like pretty much try to combine the two to mesh, also rebooting toe car by disconnecting the neg battery cable for 5 min then replace it and try it again, try shift override too

take positive battery cabel off and it should reset itself
