is the alternator charging. if it is then. I am guessing a light is coming on after you walk away. my truck did that. 2 hours later the lights would come on

You can also follow the positive battery terminal to the starter and then look on top of it and there is a solenoid and a small red wire to it with a small nut.See if its loose and if so tighten it. Also check both of the battery post's terminals by removing them and cleaning them inside with a metal brush and also the battery post's with a small round brush they sell in any auto parts then place them back and just tighten slowly until you feel them not too tight so that they wont break the outside nut then start your car and see if this works!

Remove drivers side underdash sound proofing panel, remove accelerator pedal(yeah I know). Fold carpet back remove three retaining screws from cover, fold cover up. remove filter by moving it out behind brake pedal.

Should be under the dash. Usually near the fuse box.

Check the owner's manual fuse and relay, section, check the fuses and relays. Top fuses are10 amp, numbers 32 for the Audio system, ECC, convertible top, trunk lid cutoff, instrument lighting and 35 for the Accessories, convertible top, drivers vanity mirror light, courtesy lighting, auto-dim mirror function(option) in the auxiliary fuse box. If one of the items operated through these fuses, you will know which fuse it is. Remove the fuse and see if the arched link inside is broken or the inside of the fuse is blackened. Replace it only with an other 10 amp fuse. If it blows when you attempt to retract the top, study the linkage while extending the top, look for uneven movement left to right, indicating a bad pivot joint or interference. There is the remote possibility it may be worn or sticky brushes in the motor.

You have to unbolt it on the bottom; it is one bolt holding it on the bottom underneath the seat. Once you get it released, it should be fine. You will have to remember to pull some slack out and tie a knot in the belt whenever you fold the seats down.
