The battery light doesn't mean you need a new battery it means that the battery charging system is faulty, that is the alternator and the voltage regulator, the lights are on because the system voltage is low, they will not turn off until the charging system problem is diagnosed and repaired.

9 times out of 10 a cylinder misfire is caused by either a bad spark plug or a bad coil over the plug. If the code told you which cylinder is bad, just switch the coil with the next cylinder and restart the car and rescan a code and see if the new code now tells you that the faulty cylinder misfire is moved to your new location of where you moved the coil to. Little comes to mind other than it could be a fault with the motor self-parking switch or the wiper sweep/delay relay. There is an outside chance it is the switch. I suggest you start by locating the relay and give it a hefty tap with a screwdriver handle in case the contacts have stuck. Pulling out the relay should at least stop the wipers but unfortunately the only practical test method is to try it in another car or substitute it for a known good replacement.

Some side tanks have a screen filter inside? air in system ? , check fluid level !! or time for power steering pump.

Clean your grounding wires and refasten them. Always a good and cheep first step.

I haven't known Nissan to use one, but many manufacturers use a fuel shut off device that turns off in an impact such as this. Being a Nissan I'm suspecting you were hit hard enough for the airbags to deploy?? In witch case you might try pulling the Air bag fuse, then leaving the car battery disconnected for 10 minutes. But you might need to actually repair the vehicles systems before it will run again.

Is the front tires turned and up agains the curb if so pull on steering wheel and try turning the key when you shut off the car the presure goes to 0 in the steering system and it can put a bind on the steering wheel

Do you mean the engine will not spin over or that it spins but will not start up?

If fuses are good, most likely the 'ballast' is at fault.

the relay center is usually under the hood. find the fuse box and look for the blower fan relay

Lift hood, remove grill plastic screws on top, jack car left hand side, remove corner screw on end of bumper, undo lower splash shield screws, slide bumper away from car {about 4 inches}, remove,top bolts on headlight and lift out, the is a locating slot that you will need to manipulate it from, assembly is the reversal. good luck.
