The FCM has to send the PCM a fuel volume signal over CAN C. The signal the FCM sends over CAN C is implausible. my guess is 1403 is the real error. There are several different things that could make it misfire ! not just plugs ,does it have plug wires or is it coil on plug coils. Could have a coil breaking down. Does it do it in all driving conditions ? Idle , cruising speed ,under a light load and what codes .po300 random misfire or a specific cylinder misfire code ? P0306 cylinder #6 etc.

(look) Hitch jack pin 4 shorted? got factory hitch option or Uhaul hack job. now lets do the overall view the Module integrated power, (very expensive) has 4 outputs for all blinkers on car, (independent) one for each corner of car, and more if export model ( is it?) so one hopes that MIP is not bad. $$$$ Module Integrated power (MIP for short) it is a computer too. so did you connect a scan tool and look for DTC errors related to BLINK(turns./Hazard) it gets commands from the turn switch, if the turn switch works, its ok (off it's off, & on it blinks or stick on front and or rear) so if that is all true then the left side is bad. (front or rear? ) but you never said , front or rear. so my answer is, replace all lamps on LEFT END OF car, that fails. lamps can short if hug brass metal base lamps. if new lamps fail,, then the wiring is bad, based on cost of IPM check wires very carefull on end of car that fails. and at hitch wires, or if had a hitch and some one hacked it in or hack jobbed it out. (shorts) that is it, 07 GC.

check the adjustment of the sensor. check for loose wires to the sensor or replace the sensor.

the FSM may cover this. btw, my new jeep has this tube in a funny spot. unlike any car if owned or restored (many in 50 years.) the tube on my wrangler is near center of car, oddly it must drip water or it IS CLOGGED. you are correct. the water in the air must condense out and drip the the drain pan. then out. if it gets works the passengers feet and floor mats will soak in condensate (pure water) best way is to get under car (safely with real jack stands, never use a jack or bricks ever) and look. for the tube. its not easy but its there. mine is very hard to see, in fact , it dripped in my face before i found it. my 08 fsm shows the Evap box rear has drain pipe and foamseal. lower left bottom corner in photo. prevention., there is a spray to buy that can kill fungus growth. pull filters and spray down there. sorry i dont have real fsm , for 2010 but mine does NOT show the tube path at all. only the source of the tube..... good luck.!!

WK, (i own a 2010 with all docs)same car.REDUXit dont work at all like a 1993, back in the day of running power through switches to run things.,or with banks of relays, to fail.every year,less relays like we did long ago in industry, (pure electronics)i deleted all my fsm quotes.it's to wordy.. (but accurate to a fault)it's now networked + brains (puters),the network map is below.if you look at said map, the CAN-BUS network.is a 2 wire, network for all communicationssaving a ton of wire. (times all WK made world wide)What happens is , you turn the switchand it has this binary/resistance mux logic in the switch that goes to the SCM brain.the SCM knows what you did, and converts your actions into a data stream, "a command".to the can-bus.it arrives, (if lucky)to the FCM and the cluster brain CCN. (IP)the cluster sees that and flashes the click sonic device, and flashes the blinker icon, lamps.If you can't heare that ,this means the command was never arrived.at CCN.the FCM hears this command and it in turn drivesthe blinker bulbs on the 4 external lamps.does hazards work, that be first fact to know..and that FCM fuses, must not be bad.we scan it next. to see if there are errorson the can-bus.or FCM sees garbled dataor CCN errors.or more.... lots more, or FCM not responding, the FCM is over $800 so doing the diagnosis correctly can save a lot of cash.guessing here can exceed $2000.here are the can-buss signals, (using my scope)wanna Gue$$ or Test.?
