I have a 2007 E350 Mercedes Benz.It is making a whining sound. Could that be engine or suspension
Chances are that it is something more simple like the plastic shielding pieces under the car rubbing against the wheel. I've had it happen before where some fool changes my oil and doesn't secure the plastic pieces underneath after changing the oil filter then I get a whining sound from tire rub. Check the inside of your tires for wear. Look around underneath to see if any of the fasteners (plastic buttons) are missing and wiggle the plastic parts to make sure they are secure.

Where is crankshaft located on Mercedes e200, 2007?
if you seriously do not know where the crankshaft is on an engine then you will never have the skill to replace it. how do you know it needs replacing? It will mean a major overhaul of the engine which is very very costly and will need to be carried out by an engine reconditioning shop

Mercedes e220 diesel. 2007. engine light
You need to get the fault code read to find the problem. An indie may have a suitable OBD reader. Don't just reset the light as you could have a major problem.

Roaring sound in the front when driving.
could be a front wheel bearing. as your driving turn wheel left and then right and see if the noise gets worse , usually the noise will get worse on the oppisite wheel of which you are turning eg: turn left and you the noise louder it should be right wheel bearing. Check tires first to see if there is any choppieness to them, this also can create a noise

Motor oil is low, what
Any good API rated oil will work (API = American Petroleum Institute - will be stamped on bottle) and most Benz are using either a 5w-30 or 10w-30.

What is typical mileage to replace all 4 brakes on
This depends totally on the type of driving you do. If you are doing mostly city and are an aggressive driver your brakes will not last. Probably less than 20,000 miles. If you do mostly highway and are a reasonable driver could be as much as 50,000. There is no typical mileage, everyone drives differently and in different weather conditions. Best thing is to have your brakes and rotors checked by a competent mechanic.

How many miles you have to change oil in 2007 e
Depends on the type of oil, temperature, and whether short hops or highway, but in general one changes oil twice a year. With the better synthetics you could go a whole year.
