function box JB fuse 1 is horn. easy no? and horn relay next to it.
JB under hood box. goes directly to battery main.
VTSS , VEH, THEFT AND SECURITY SYSTEM

A TECH SOLDERS BACK ALL CUT WIRES, AND USES HEAT SHRINK TUBING TO DO THAT AND MATCHES WIRE COLORS END TO END.
THE TECH THEN SCANS THE PCM TO FIND DTC, ERRORS
TO ALL OF VTSS, ,BAD DOOR SWITCHES ETC,
BAD IGNITION KEY. ,CAR CAME WITH 2 KEY LOST THE 2ND?
ALL FUSES CHECKED TOO, F1 PUT BACK WHEN ALARMS END.
THE VTSS LAMP ON THE DASH DOES NOT LIE.
THAT IS IT.
IT TAKES TOOLS TO FIX ANY CAR, FOR SURE SCAN TOOL AND DMM METER,
KEEP THE GUY WITH CUTTERS AWAY FROM YOUR CAR.

Where is the starter relay in a 2007 Dodge Ram 3500 6.7 diesel
STILL NO GOAL TOLD , END GOALis transmission auto or STICK shifted.'??? not told.THERE IS NO SUCH RELAY , AT HAND, SORRY NONE. I posted yesterday hoping the post is for dead engine.and starter motor is dead.as 99.9% off all posts are here, on this TOPIC. for sure wild RELAY hunts are. here.but alas I am wrong, 100% wrong;.It is some some kind of MOD, (ignition modification or hack) IDK?WHY HACK THE IGNITION NOT TOLD (end goals not told at all)the IMMO SKREeM CAN NOT BE HACKED. 6.7L Diesel.with or with out Remote throttle provision?does the IMMO lamp glow 3 seconds key on then out and engine can be run and truck drives good. 3500 actual

first off our PCM in USA 1996 OBD2
all work the same, in this regard.
the DCTs seen on any and all tool is 2 kinds
stored errors
live errors. (real time live errors too ,and even Intermittent)
now the silly CEL (ses/mil) lamp glowing
the CEL does not glow for all errors that is what scan tool only does.
my guess is not using a real scan tool, it misses. all factory OEM DTC ERRORS STORED. SO THE $13 TOOLS NEVER WORK RIGHT AS THOSE ARE TOY GRADE TOOLS (OR WORSE CODE READERS)
THE PCM WILL NOT CLEAR MANY DTC ERRORS UNTIL 30 COLD START RUNS ARE DOWN, (EVEN THE SILLY GAS CAP LOOSE ERROR) YES THE TOOL WILL RESET THIS ERROR DTC.
THE SCAN TOOL IN MOST CASES CLEAR ALL DTC (NOT ABS)
BUT WHAT YOU FAIL TO KNOW IS THAT the error is LIVE and pops back fast and OR you scan tool is toy grade and can not see them.
cheap tools do not do ABS or SRS bags
nor P1 , P2 and up oem FACTORY codes
or can not do FACTORY U-nnnn codes or C-nnnn codes at all.
for sure you get what you pay for in scan tools!!!
$300 is a par price for one in USA good
the tool needs to be 2008 or newer here to see all CAN/Bus network errors,
and must be (Chrysler , code complaint)) both that and 2008 or newer most scan tools added can-bus in usa 2008 is why
but no country told, I only DO USA cars, period,
keep in mind, you can clear all DTC and they can come back in 1 second flats (FASTER THAN HUMANS CAN ACT)
one simple test to prove that is unplug A IAT OR ECT SENSOR
AND SEE CEL GLOW AND SEE DTC ERROR FOR IT IN 1 SECOND.
THOSE ARE LIVE ERRORS
MY BEST GUESS HERE IS YOUR SCAN TOOL IS NO GOOD.
ALSO THE PCM RUNS THE TRANSMISSION
AND IF TRANNY FAILS TOO THE CEL CAN GLOW . IN 1SECOND
AND MANY CARS HAVE P1 CODES FOR THAT MANY TOOLS CHEAP CAN NOT SEE AT ALL

GET A REAL SCAN TOOL ,RENTED, BORROWED OR BUY
OR GET THE CAR SCANNED IN A REAL SHOP
I have a 2002 Dodge Dakota. I cracked driver side head. Although the 4.7 motor didn't have EGR til 2005, there is what appears to be an EGR on the head. How can this be?
egr is smog
some countries even calif is a country (with C.A.R.B) laws
that dictate what EGR systems can be used.(by year/engine)
SO your head has EGR main there?. clear as day right?
no VIN told or country told.
but then you shop for head.s and wonder why some have it and others do not, well now you know. (laws from 1979 to now)
cars that do not need EGR (engines or countries)
we add VVT to it and no more egr (valve main i mean)
we have special cam in the engine that is egr free (my jeep had it in 1988)
we run lower compression ratio and no more egr
we run smarter knock sensors and no more egr.
the knock is heard even at tiny levels and spark is retardedd fast.
egr is NOX gas reduction system and there piles of ways to do that
and also the 3way cat also eats NOX for breakfast.
nox happens going fast up hill, mostly.
lots of ways to control NOX. gases (and is very nasty stuff)
I have a 2003 Dodge Dakota. I do not have voltage at 20 amp fuse. I have replaced ignition switch. Still no voltage. All wiring look good, as far as I can tell.Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

is IMMO lamp on dash HAPPY? means not immobilized using both keys.
nobody can guess what fuse your are touching. but I did,. hard way
check all fuses first>???? make sure ASD relay holds engaged key on?
there are 3 class fuses
hot all the time battery +
hot only keyon.
and hot only in the mode of use , like a crank fuse.
no engine size told as that too dictates what fuse box it has.
ok later post wipers dead. (hot wired not)

fuse f5 is 20amps wipers in JB box.
F5, pin 9 and 10 are hot only key one or accessory on
if F5 has no power the key switch is shot or hacked or wire to it missing(damaged etc)
wiper set to high sends full power directly to the front wiper motor.
super super easy wiring here,. no BCM to mess up.
so does wiper fail in ACC and RUN key on???????
