this is caused by the lifters, it is not an issue in all dodges, just hard run ones.

It's a shift solenoid, a simple fix done by removing the transmission pan and swapping out the bad solenoid for a new one. Diagnose Further with a Good Scanner to find out which shift solenoid is bad, then swap it out. Easy Fix, also inexpensive! "P1206 = Calculated Injector voltage above threshold."
This is an issue with the electrical signal to one or more of the fuel injectors. A Good mechanic or Auto electrician should be able to help sort it out.

starting noise could be:
1- timing chain is not tide ( the tensioner not doing the right job)
2-the starter sticking on with flywheel all the time
3- engine have low oil
whining noise after turn off could be :
1-vacuum leak 2- Alternator pulley is bad

Fuel pressure switch ???? Fuel pump relay maybe , no fuel pressure switch . Looking at a wiring diagram for the fuel pump electrical circuit too see what all is involved an then using a DVOM - digital volt ohmmeter to test the fuel pump electrical circuit is how to find the problem .
