You have a misfire see a dealer ASAP.

I change the alternater and when you disconnect the battery it dies

three checks are needed .check your transmission fluid if low top it up. if very dirty change it. check the wires on your solenoid top of the gearbox .may need cleaned of rust. if all the above is ok . then change your relay.

Hi Mitrovic Aleksandra, I suggest having a diagnostic scan carried out on your vehicle. The problem you're describing may very well be associated to speed sensors, either on the wheels or in the gearbox. Regards John

You will have to go back through everything, check for something loose.

Hi im afraid that this could well be your heater matrix as your having to replase cooling fluid too

Ignition position I. Press and hold in the reset button for the trip odometer. Ignition position II. NOTE: TURN THE KEY TO POSITION II WITHIN 2 SECONDS! Hold the reset button for the trip odometer pressed in until the original value has been reset. The information lamp lights when the reset button must be released.
Release the reset button for the tnp odometer within 4 seconds. The instrument gives an audible signal when resetting has succeeded. If the trip odometer is already reset, the rest button must be held in for a minimum of 10 seconds and a maximum of 14 seconds.

heater core or valve is broken under dash on in firewall.do not drive untill u fix it you might cost more problem like overheating and damage head gasket.or u can bypass it disconnect 2 water line hose in/out line,from outside farewall. but u wont having a inside heater.

the battery cables may be oxidized or loose. clean and tighten. Did you leave an interior light on? do you have a battery charger?

Possibly dead battery, Possibly bad connection on the battery, Could be your solenoid, Should make sure it isn't a fuse as well. Owners manual should get you some insight on which Fuse it should be.
