I'm pretty sure that there is no electronic devices around the cabin filter. The only thing that might be making that noise is the little door that keeps the filter in place. Make sure its closed in properly

This occurs when the battery has been disconnected. Turn the ignion on and wind each window down half way and then all the way up and hold for 1 second. This will reset the windows and they then should work from the master switch on the drivers door.

The procedure is as follows:

1. Turn the ignition to run (one position before starting engine).
2. Bring up the odometer reading using the trip meter reset knob then the turn ignition off.
3. Hold down the trip meter reset knob while turning the ignition key to the run position (one position before starting engine).
4. Hold down the button for 5 seconds or more. The odometer indicates "000000" and the light goes off.
5. Turn the ignition off and then start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset.

if its a 2007 and a europeon model in europe then only the dealer can put the light out ,its all encrypted software to stop people like myself from working on the vehicle .Sorry for such a negative answer but i have just about given up trying to read codes and whatever on newer vehicles

you might possibly have an electical short in the drivers side door, look for moisture entering the door panel by taking off the interior panel, and looking for blown fuses in your fusebox

I would change the starter.Remove it and have it checked where you are going to purchase the starter.
