check for a blown throttle fuse

Was noise there prior to brake replacement? If so, possible wheel bearing noise. Noise should get louder the faster the wheel rotates with a bearing problem.

Should have an automatic tensioner

Lots of possibilities. Clean the egr valve and the mass air flow sensor first. New air filter. If over 75000 miles , new spark plugs. Spray the throttle body throat with cleaner with motor running. Use good injection cleaner like Bg or have it done professionally..

Check for a napkin or coin or anything wedged into the seat track first.

Should have bolts or nuts on the rail / track under the seat although some are accessible under the floor pan. Should be 4 of them one at each corner. Unplug any power connections.

You have to drop the transmission pan. This is not something that you should do. Take it into a transmission shop or the dealer.

If your referring to a ck engine light you may have gotten a vacuum leak or air filter no sitting correctly.Check that first,next, Reset the comp by disconnecting neg bat conn for 10 seconds,reconnect, drive high & low speeds for a few miles to see if light returns. From your description it is definitely the starter motor sticking in the engaged position! Probably needs replacing, either the release spring is broken or needs lubricating!

wow , never turn you wipers on when the cars has snow or ice on the window EVER , you have to loosen the nut that holds the wiper on and re-adjust it to the other one , easy fix unless you work out the knurle that is what holds it in place easy fix ,unless you broke it
