Was noise there prior to brake replacement? If so, possible wheel bearing noise. Noise should get louder the faster the wheel rotates with a bearing problem.

Should have an automatic tensioner

it sounds to mee like the brake power booster or abs is acting up.if you dont feel safe driving it use it as a trade in for another vehicle that you feel more comfortable with

The spare tire is underneath the vehicle in the rear. There is a large bolt right inside where the rear door latches that you will need a tool to get off. The tool is under the carpet all the way in the trunk space almost to the back of the rear seats in a compartment. It will take a while to unscrew the bolt all the way and watch your toes because the spare and the mounting equipment will just fall if you're not holding it up when the bolt is finally loose.

Should have bolts or nuts on the rail / track under the seat although some are accessible under the floor pan. Should be 4 of them one at each corner. Unplug any power connections.

these codes have to do with the corralation between the pedal and the throttle sensor module on the engine. You will need to get it doagnosed to find out what is wrong since the usual culprit cost several hundred dollars.

This may sound strange but have someone check out your radio system. Sometimes an antenna wire or wires, when jared loose will make that ear piercing noise. It may not be the problem but it's worth looking into.
