The radio on my bmwx3 stops working when bluetooth
Most BMWs have this feature on the bluetooth options to allow you to hear when talking on the phone.. you may be able to find out how to change this in your owner's manual in the radio chapter.

Sluggish ignition start
I think your mistaken. Your battery will lose cranking power as the temp drops. Warm battery may work just fine, untill it gets below freezing temps then the cranking amps are so low its sluggish. Buy a high cranking amp battery and you will be good as gold mate!

Rear windshield washer leak- carpets soaked
Sorry to have to make you post this again, as I don't know where the fluid line runs, but you will need to remove the interior and door panels, carpet, to follow the line to see where the line is broke. If you post back, maybe someone will know where it goes to save you from taking everything apart. Sorry.

My left turn signal come on and the high beam light...bm3 x3
Check your grounding at the light unit (most probable) - with no defined return path for the electric, it'll go where it can and light-up any number of things though none, efficiently - we also call it the 'earth' which may simply be loose or corroded.

How do I change the time on my 2007 BMW x3
The clock on the radio and on the dash are synchronized. There is an oil check button located between the odometer and speedometer. Press and hold the right button ( oil check ) for a few seconds. You will see the time flashing. Press the left button to adjust the time. You will find the instructions in your owners manual.
