Each headlight lens assembly has two bulbs - did you check both? These bulbs are used independently in different ways depending on the commanded tasks [e.g. unlocking car, car running during daytime with running lights (if equipped), headlights on (auto or manual - low or high beam)].
If both bulbs check out, I would replace them one at a time anyway just to be sure. It is not uncommon for a bulb to show a good resistance reading with a multimeter and then go open under full load. Also verify the bulbs and the wiring harness connector are seating properly.
your clutch might be worn down and need a new clutch disk assembly or get your shifter inspected. also improper gear change could result to clutch malfunction. hope this helped
Are you sure the engine is not grounded? Could be the starter relay. To make sure it is not a ground problem use a battery jumper cable and connect the engine to the negative battery post. Also make sure the battery did not lose its charge while working on the belt. Possible key left on.

Is it stuck in the engine "off" position?
1.) Check your car battery. If it's very low or dead, it may be preventing the ignition from unlocking. If it's low or dead, charge it and try again.
2.) If the battery checks out okay, press firmly on the "S" button (sport mode) next to the gear shifter. Surprisingly, that somehow solves the issue sometimes.
3.) If that doesn't work, there may be a problem with the ECM. But try the two steps above first as needed, and if that doesn't work, feel free to post back.
You need a specialist rather than a 'mechanic'. An auto electrician with a professional grade scan tool computer can diagnose all the security system, the anti-theft immobilizer and all the modules and sensors in about 40 minutes. They also have access to the wiring diagrams and understand them.
