Need to hook up a fuel pressure gauge to see how much pressure you are getting to the injectors. Could be a weak pump or bad fuel regulator. Make sure that you do not have a restricted exhaust system.

Do an upper intake clean. Make sure to really clean the throttle body and the air valve. Look for bad vacuum lines causing it to run lean.

Have you tried spraying some starter fluid into the throttle body to see if it will start? If that makes it run then you have a fuel problem. Try a nioid light on the injectors to see if they are firing. They are fused. Could be bad. Do the plugs get spark?

Open the hood at night in the dark and look at then. Spray a mist of water on them to see if they will short out. If it has been a long time since last changed, change them again.
