2002 Hyundai - Sonata Questions & Answers
Sudden bad gas mileage!
I have EXACTLY the same problem! can you let me know if you found anything out? When I bought the car, I got 26 mpg for about a month, then this problem. I replaced the upstream oxygen sensor...no help. A second repair guy suggested that there was a problem with the Bosch sensor that he had seen before, so I replaced it again with a Hyundai part...no change, still getting 19 mpg. If you are out there, RSVP to me at roger_rethinker at yahoo dot com.
2002 Hyundai sonata where is Cole P0335 p0760 p0755
P0335 - Crankshaft position (CKP) sensor - circuit malfunction.
P0755 - Shift Solenoid "B".
P0760 - Shift Solenoid "C".
This is two different problems. Your safest option is to take it to a Good mechanic. The Crank sensor monitors engine speed and can be positioned deep behind other engine parts. The Solenoid issues could be inside the transmission as these control when the gears shift and you will need someone familiar with them to sort it.
