you sure it's not air in the fuel lines? loosen the injector and start or try to start the engine until some fuel spills out and while its spilling out have a friend tighten it, that usually gets the air out.

Hi, Please check that your battery matches with your version of car. If it's too powerful, that might lead to excess voltage/currency in your wires and then the continuously blown fuse. If that's the case, you might have to swap your battery for a lower power one that fits your vehicle. You can call Hyundai and ask them to email you the diagram if my suggestion doesn't work. the starter motor spins he crank shaft of the engine. this is called cranking and will start if the starter motor is dead. and is causes for his is simple. This does sound like you have got water inside the engine. DO NOT try to start it as this will cause a lot of Expensive damage. You will need to get a good mechanic to look at this engine. The cylinder head might need to be removed to check for bent valves and damaged pistons. Sadly, this is going to be an expensive repair!
