the horn have fuse and relay in engine fuse compartment.inspect all the fuses. in your owners manual is the location of the fuse and relay. if OK, one person push the horn and other check power to the horn.if no power swap the relay with other one for test.if you SRS light is ON and the horn does't work suspect the clock spring(soft connection below the steering wheel to column) good luck

IGN power comes form KEY switch page 8w-11 IGN switch wire BK-DG , 12vdc key on. if not fuse14 blown 20ams and goes to the battery direct. all fuses in the PDC must good, and now dead batteries or its 4 cable logs ends, loose or rusty. end. fuse 10 and and F24 kills the cluster. and f15 fuse is 10 head lamps too and a CB breaker. fuse 7 dead kills park /neutral switch ,

check the injectors and make sure there is fire on those plugs in 3 and 4

Bobby, oil pan bolt torques for 4.0 Wrangler. Oil Pan Bolts 1/4 84 in-lbs Oil Pan Bolts 5/16 132 in-lbs As far as sequence, see last link, start in center, criss cross pattern tighten snug all, then repeat to torque spec. Hi, it is on the bell houseing near where the bolts connect bell houseing to engine on the driver passenger side, all the best.

Check your transmission mounts. Adjust the e braked by lifting the handle up and down 20 + times.
