Make absolutely sure there isn't anything, ANYTHING, in the seat or on the floor under the seat, or anywhere that will trigger the safety sensor. I had an empty bag trigger the sensor that disallows the tumbling action.

Disconnect the MAF sensor in the air cleaner duct. Might start and you can get it to Ford for a THOROUGH diagnosis. don-ohio

Start by checking your engine coolant. If the level is good, let it warm up and feel the heater hoses. They might be hard to find. They look like radiator hoses, just narrower. If both hoses are hot, you may have a problem with the blend door. It controls the temperature of the air coming out of the vents. Good luck.
