Stabilitrak light on in dash. Replaced yaw sensor don't know whatev. I er to do

Remove the trim inside and then the 3 nuts and electrical plug.

new battery and if the car sits for a day the battery is dead

It could be a bad wheel bearing or possibly a hanging caliper. Check the caliper and wheel bearing out. If the brake pads are wearing out at an angle , its a good indicator its the brake caliper. Also check out all tie rods, connectors , ball joints, engine and transmission mounts. And also most importantly investigate the CV axle if equipped

If the gas( or any gauge) is low or maybe an exterior light out. There will be a light on in the dash. The beep is there to remind you to look at the dash. Could be door open,trunk, hood, gas lid.. could be some engineer just did it to annoy us.

Some gas caps have a built in slip preventing over tightening, so no engine light, no worry. The cap will feel like a ratchet effect when you tighten, so it slips at point it is sealed so you don't crush rubber seal. Not to worry as I see it. CERACOAT-NANOTECH.com

Look at the fuse block under the dash, or in the engine compartment. The fuse blocks are labeled very well. It will say Tail light. If all fails, look at your owners manual. It will break down the what each abbr. means on the fuel block. So you can find the right fuse.

Stabilitrak is a design that lets the ECU and the ABS system share information. If you step on the gas pedal and loose traction, the ABS tells the ECU that you have lost traction. The ECU calculates what it should do to help and usually will ignore your request for "more fuel" (when you step on the gas pedal) and will reduce the power to the transmission until the ABS system communicates that traction has returned. More than likely there is a failure in the ABS system. The problem may be intermittent right now but this will need to be repaired. If you have an ABS code reader please let me know what codes are stored.
