Question edited for clarity. Question moved to sub category. It's up under the dash next to the steering column. It has a bunch of various colored connectors all in a row. You have to remove the trim panel above the pedals to access it.

Dear Renee, I hope I am not wrong, but I think you have only turned on the light in the radio. With the new technology since about 1990, the radio has 2 circuits, one is the light, the other is the radio itself. This is also hooked in to the "anti-burglar:" protection, which is some cases prevents theft of the car. You may likely need a new radio, or to have yours repaired. Actually, a new rear wiper module/motor is probably needed. The logic controller is on the motor so the entire motor has to be replaced. I believe the switch is on the center console and I think you will need to remove the outer trim to get at the switch. It may be a switch that just snaps in, so I would get a look at a new one before digging into the job.

I recently experienced the same issue. The problem was the pressurized fuel pump. Apparently this is a know issue with the Enclave. When I took my 2013 Enclave to a Buick dealer they replaced pressurized fuel pump ($450 labor and parts) without charging me.
