Revs fluctuating and keeps trying to stall on starting also black smoke from exhast

Check and clean the Mass Air Flow sensor and check the Engine Coolant temp sensor for a too low reading. Also, a bad O2 sensor ( reading too low a voltage) can run one too rich.

I just recently changed my clutch in my 1999

Oh, boy, something is loose. When you push in the clutch, the pressure plate releases the clutch plate to be loose on the splines of the transmission shaft. If the splines are too loose, the clutch plate may be able to wobble or rock around on the splines. Was the new clutch plate factory or rebuilt or knockoff? The disks are riveted together, too...Otherwise, it may be the small bearing in the flywheel for the tip of the transmission shaft. It only spins when the clutch is disengaged.Don't ignore the possibility of the harmonic balancer sensing that the clutch is in, and is dealing with the change in weight on the crankshaft. A stethoscope probe to the engine may help locate the hum.I've heard many motors change 'tune' when decelerating, a piece of sheet metal hums on my pickup when I throttle off.

How to remove fuel tank from ra diesel rodeo ?

I may be a little off on models,, but it should have an in tank fuel pump that cam be removed from the top of the tank, should not have to remove tank on single cabs. does the fuel pump run for a couple of seconds after you first turn the key on, could be an electrical fault, all wires/connections/fuses in sound condition?

I have a 2005 ra crew cab 3.5L v6, it feels like the brakes are on when I select 4h. What is the cause?

Most Likely different tyre wear, or sizes, between front and rear wheels. The rodeo locks the front and rear together there is no differential between front and rear. fuel use, wear and tear, and control are all compromised, if this is the case.

Oil light is on and engine in limp mode

check the oil level in the sump, coolant level, coolant temperature (overheating), transmission oil level if auto. The limp mode is energised by any number of sensors that register a fault that is detrimental to the engine/ gear box. Run the fault codes and repair any faulty units . Reset the CPU with a scanner .

My Rodeo has gear box noise, requires.. Techline Tl.1761A..0909 which is a modification to send oil to top of the box. I have owned the ute for six months. I was hoping to get some help from my GM dea

The modification you quote would have been issued from the manufacturer and should have been applied at a service point or you should have been notified to present the vehicle for the modification at a suitable time . I take it that you purchased the vehicle new from the dealer. I would approach the dealer manager and ask why the modification was not carried out under warranty and ask that it now be done free of charge. If he refuses then the friendship ends and I suggest a talk with legal council to have the matter dealt with as all modifications have to be carried out either inside or outside warranty. IT will have something to do with a recognised engineering design fault which will override any warranty period .
