How to remove the whining from xc90 frontend
Whining from the engine or the driveline itself? Whining can be caused by lack of or low lubricant, a bad bearing or a serpentine belt on the way out. Can you be more specific? Does it only whine while you are driving, or does it whine all the time and changes pitch with engine RPM? Does turning the tires change the noise, if so, does it go away in one direction but not the other, or does it increase in noise the closer you get to full lock on the steering wheel?
Not blowing any air
Fuses would be the first thing to check. Then the switch and then the blower motor. If you have power to the motor and it isn't doing anything. You'll have to replace it.
Awd is not working
check for codes stored in the DEM. the most common cause is the oil pump and pressure sensor

Headlights come out first, then the bumper cover/grille, then the core support. Big bolts go up from underneath. There is a youtube video on engine removal that will show radiator removal also.
