2007 Toyota Tacoma v6. Hard to start about 1 hour after initial cold start, longer cranking. Problem?

Is the check engine light on? How long has it been since the engine was tuned up? A worn plug that is "hot soaked" can create a longer cranking time. Hot soaked means it may have some un-burned fuel in the cylinder since the first cold start. A weak or worn plug has a harder time getting this fuel burned out of the cylinder when more fuel is being added during a warm start.

Left front turn signal and hazard not working but running light does all bulbs good toyota tacoma 2012 base

Hi, if all of the bulbs are good then there might be a circuit issue within the car itself in regards to the lights. Please make sure that you're battery isn't past it's primary (ie using a 1 year battery for 2 years). If not, please take your vehicle to the nearest autozone or advanced auto parts in order to help diagnose the problem. They should provide a basic diagnosis at no charge. Thank you.

1999 Toyota Tacoma 2.4L sputtering

Mixture too rich. Make sure none of the injectors are leaking (any o-rings). Disconnect the battery to try and clear the ecu- sometimes it stores data on how the engine is running to adjust the fuel/air mixture. It may need to "reset" and start from scratch.

Engine faults bad over 3000 rpm while driving

Make sure the fuel filter and line are clean and clear of obstructions. Fuel starvation can cause this.

2014 Toyota Tacoma X-Cab: How can I remove the flip up headrests in the small x-cab rear sear?

The rear headrests are not a pull out design. They are bolted in place. You will need to remove the backrest panel to access the 4 bolts fastening each one to the rear bulkhead. I think the panels are only held in place with 'push in' clips like door card panels. *Carefully* lever the sides of the panel towards you until you feel them pop loose. there is a good chance you will break some of this clips but they are cheap to buy. The panel unclips then slides UP and off. If you are removing both headrests it might be easier to remove the entire panel to unbolt both headrests. This isn't a difficult job, it's just a pain in the tailbone to do and like most jobs on a vehicles it'll probably cost you the skin of at least one knuckle.

I have a 2007 Toyota Tacoma that wouldnt start. I turned the key but it only clicked once so my first thought was that the starter was bad. I didnt want to go straight to the starter without rolling out battery so I gave it a jump for more nearly 15 minutes and everything was lighting up and gave no indication the battery was even at all bad. However it still only clicked once and nothing else no turn over of the ignition or clicking from the spark plugs. I then tested the tapped the starter with a hammer and the first time it didnt start but the second time I tapped it I was able to start it. So from what I know that should indicate that the starter is bad which is why I removed it and had it tested. It past 5 times which I know is excessive but was just making sure. I then returned the starter to its position and wire brushed the grounds and the battery posts to make sure there was an unimpeded and very good connection. I turned the key and it seemed as if it would start but was unable to get full start or idle. I tried again and pumped the throttle which helped it start but the idle was around 400 and 500 rpms where as usually it idles at around 900 to 1200 rpms. So I got it read at autozone and the computer said it's the mass air flow sensor however they told me it could be something else that they have seen that message before and people say its something else that they had to deal with. Has anyone else had issues with this and can you help me fix this please?

You need to use a scan tool that will show you maf voltage when the throttle is opened and closed in order to determine if it is functioning. If that is not possible, just turn car on and once running, unplug maf. if nothing happens chances are the sensor is bad. if car shuts off or immediately runs very poorly and/or smoothes out right after plugging back in, then maf is fine and you have another issue.
